On 20th June 2026, I’ll be stepping way outside my comfort zone,literally, by abseiling down Heartlands Treatment Centre to raise funds for our Haematology and Oncology Day Unit.

Every day, this incredible unit provides care, treatment, and support to patients facing some of the toughest challenges of their lives. From chemotherapy treatments to ongoing monitoring and compassionate care, the team works tirelessly to make a difficult journey just a little bit easier for patients and their families.

I see first-hand the difference this unit makes. It’s not just about medical treatment, it’s about the care patients recieve first hand.
