Rachael Taylor, who was 34 years old has sadly passed away very suddenly and taken from her family far too early. Rachael leaves behind her 11 year old Daughter Libby - Mae.
Please donate to ease the financial burden of Rachael's funeral and help support her daughter in times when she needs her mum the most.
