.In the absolute worst case over 100 women die every day world wide due to domestic violence. Some statistics show that half of these deaths occur in the first month after separation from the abuser (intamate partner or family member).

Women need safe houses. A place with no judgement that they can go (maybe with thier children) to get away from a force that is , physically , much stronger than them. A force that they have to deal with mentally on a very intense level, 24/7.

I‘ve done my dry Januray in the hope of raising money for Women’s Aid IOM (Charity No - 398) They have not set up a just giving charity page so I am crowd funding instead. I assure you that every penny of your donation will go to them.

I also assure you that I have not had one drop of alcohol all month. Raising money for a good cause was great motivation.
