On the last day of Febuary 2021 our friend and esteemed collegue Dr Rachel Green (nee Westwood) was taken from us. A loving wife and mother, Rachel was known by many across Keele University, and collectively we would like to enable a fitting memorial to her life here at the University, recognising the impact she had on so manys lives. Rachel undertook her PhD here and shared her friendship, knowledge and research with collegues in the School of Geography, Geology and the Environment. After completion she continued her career as a Researcher Devloper and helped build the careers of staff across the University, making friends and having an ongoing and longstanding impact on us all. Any donations will be gratefully recieved, in this time of virtual working we thought this was the best approach, and working with her family and close friends we will ensure we celebrate her memory and her time here at Keele into the future.
