    Story

At Herald Lodge we are extremely proud of the excellent holistic approach we have for delivering truly person centred care for.all our wonderful residents.

Dementia is truly cruel and takes so much away from those who suffer with this condition. It is the person inside that we must continue to reach out to, enable them to have a voice and be able to connect with life around them in every way possible. It cannot be underestimated how vital sensory activity planning can be for our residents. Anyone who has witnessed those 'goosebump' moments when we make a connection through igniting the senses, it is deeply moving and amazingly rewarding.

As a staff team at Herald Lodge we have the passion to push the boundaries and strive to make our home the very best of homes for all who live with us. We are committed to taking Herald Lodge to 'Oustanding' through CQC inspections and delivering a unique environment to support residents with living with dementia.

... so we need your help. If anyone can support us with a donation no matter how big or small, it will truly enhance the lives of those we care for each and every day.

Thank you from all the team at Herald Lodge xx
