I am once again running in this year’s Cardiff half Marathon on October 7th.

This year I will be representing a local charity “The City Hospice”

In the last few months, we have sadly lost two dear friends, Mike Fenton & Irene Prendergast. I will be running in their memory.

Training has gone very well, and I am hoping to achieve a person best time .
