Subas was one of the guides who help us on our trek to Base Camp and higher to Kalapatthar. At 19yrs old; he had already climbed the mountain many times. Throughout the journey, Sherpas and porters stopped to shake his hand. - he was “famous” for being one of the fastest porters and able to carry 100kg on his back. His humble and grateful nature, ready smile and care of myself and Evan was a joy. I would like to support Subas to help his career in this harsh and trying environment by funding him to learn to speak good English so that he can earn more money.
