On the 1st January 2019 I was admitted to the intensive Care unit in Altnagelvin given a 1% chance to survive. The doctors and nurses fought to save my life and got me onto experimental treatment in Manchester. Roe valley residents association have had a massive impact on my recovery, since I started attending a year ago they have supported me mentally and helped me get back into the community. They have helped me get my life back to some sort of normality and they help support so many other young people within the Limavady area.
