I will be running the Windmill 10k on Sunday 11th of November and I would like to take this opportunity to raise some funds for a very dear friend who has helped me enormously and I will be forever grateful for her support. Fiona is opening up a centre in Bacup called Shenkido. Shenkido is a non charitable organisation which aims to offer supported and free services through its bussiness assets, giving people of all ages the opportunity to develop themselves, physically, mentally and spiritually. Fiona is one of the most genuine and sincere people I know and her commitment to supporting others is truly outstanding. This venture is being created without any grants or funding and it would mean the world to me to be able to offer my support to her as she has done for me.
