    Story

Radio Respect supports everybody in our community with mental health problems. We do this via our online radio station, giving information, chat, interviews and good music.

In our Vinyl record shop we provide peer support, volunteering opportunities, internet access and support with universal credit and housing problems. We aim to promote mental health wellbeing and reduce the stigma. We also want to reduce the isolation that poor mental health causes.

I started volunteering with Radio Respect back in January because I suffered with anxiety and agoraphobia. Since then I have received so much support from the team that I am now able to socialise normally and have gained so much confidence.
