I am running the Worcester 10km again this year in September to support the RAF 100 Appeal which is helping the four RAF Charities and also 187 Air Cadet Squadron. My aim is to raise £100 per cause especially as we are in the 100 anniversary of the Royal Air Force. Please support me in this as I am also going for a PB of less than 55 mins so fingers crossed
