A team from Rainbow Junktion (Jacob, Caleb, Emily, Ellie and Heston) will be running the Leeds half marathon (and Luka will be swimming the equivalent) to raise money towards the running costs of Rainbow Junktion, our community cafe that turns food waste into lunch 3 days a week on a pay-as-you-feel basis.

We have achieved so much in the last year and turned Rainbow Junktion into a real community hub with workshops, advice services and a great atmosphere on top of the delicious food saved from landfill. To be able to continue this work we need to cover our running costs as many of our customers are unable to pay.
