Our aim as a group of Guiseley AFC supporters is to raise funds which will allow for a covered terraced stand behind the goals at the Railway End of Nethermoor. The football club give this project their full backing and support, a member of club’s staff forms part of the group to make sure the group and club are aligned in the end goal.

We have set a goal of £110,000 to raise over a 2-year period. The amount is based on some tentative enquiries for a 40 foot, 8 step covered terrace. This figure includes all cost associated including planning and moving of the scoreboard etc.

The £150,000 amount would allow us to secure the ideal solution which would maximize the space and viewpoint. We do also have other options that would be considered should the required amount not be reach. These options include reducing the number of steps etc.

In the unlikely circumstance that decision, be made that we have insufficient funds the following has been agreed and would be put into place:

1. Donations made to the JustGiving donation page would be refunded through JustGiving back to the donor.

2. Substantial single donation of £1,000 plus will be made available for refund to the original donor, should they request it.

3. Any other donations, plus any of the above 2 points not refunded will be transferred to Guiseley AFC Supporters’ Club with the remit that the monies are ring-fenced for ground improvements and are spent within 24 months of transfer.
