What is crowdfunding?

Story
The girl is now 14 years old and will soon finish her primary school education with my financial help over last few years. She is very clever and wants to go to university for further education in vidyanagar, gujarat, india. I am going to carry on supporting her financially but could do with additional help from generous public.
