During Lockdown The Women's Council (TWC) formed a small team to create an E-Recipe book and it has been a privilege and a pleasure to be part of that team. Urged on by one of our Honorary Vice Presidents, Rosina Dhala, and with the encouragement of contributors, we would like to raise funds to sponsor a special Training Course for women professionals working in the field of disability, supported by TWC for the last forty years, the next one to be held in Mumbai next Spring.

We hope you will enjoy this exquisite collection of fine recipes from the kitchens of our wonderful supporters. There is a wide variety, coming from all over the world and from many sources: members, friends and Patrons.

It costs an average of £1,500 to sponsor one participant, and this is our target. Your help would be greatly appreciated.
