Dear colleagues and friends,

Lahneen Tolentino is a Filipino colleague/friend who works as a site nurse practitioner at the Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust. I’m sure most of you have worked or met her on her rounds in the three different sites of the organisation. Dodot Tolentino (husband) is also working at SMH in the estates department.

Their daughter, Skye passed away on the 29th of December after six months of battle with her disease condition. This is sudden as the child was responding well with treatments up until some complications affected her condition drastically in the last few days.

The family is currently facing this extremely difficult situation and they need our prayers, love and support. Lahneen and Dodot have two other young children who are excessively grieving for the loss of their sister.

I am writing to appeal for your benevolent help towards the funeral expenses of their beloved Skye. Any amount that you can give will be greatly appreciated as we hope to alleviate some of their financial burdens and stress - high costs of the funeral arrangement, and that they could give Skye the sendoff that she deserves.

We will miss Skye very much and we all pray for her eternal repose.
