Hi, my name is Ralphie,

You may know me, I'm part of the Richards family. I have an older brother Ronnie who is 5 and a little sister called Ruby who is nearly 2.

Less than a week after my 3rd birthday my Mum and Dad received the devastating news that I had Leukaemia.

I didn't really understand what was going on at first. We had to visit the hospital really quickly and then stayed in whilst the nurses and doctors tested me, injected me, gave me medicine that made me sick angry and scared.

My Mum, Dad and whole family have been amazing. They have never left my side and so many people have come to visit me to try and cheer me up.

Its been really hard on my Mum and Dad and both of them have found it difficult to go to work. Mum is now at home with me full time, and they have done everything, around the clock, to look after me and my brother and sister.

I have been allowed home but keep getting infections so am rushed back into hospital to have more treatment.

So many people have asked my Mum and Dad what they can do to help us, so I thought I would set up this page to raise awareness for children with cancer and to help my Mum and Dad over the next few years financially.

The doctors have told us I am going to be having treatment for the next three years which seems like such a long time and scares us all.

I know a lot of people say they think about me all the time and I wanted to say thank you.
