Ramadan is the holiest month in the Islamic calendar, a month in which charity, love, reflection, sacrifice and a sense of gratitude are all moulded together to produce a better person at the end of it !!

This year I have challenged Non-Muslims as well as Muslims (they're fasting anyways) to fast one full day from sunrise to sunset and abstain from both food and water!!

Also in doing this donate a days food cost, calculated at £10 per person! in order for us to be able to use this endeavour for the good of humanity!! And to help those who really need it !!

Let us not take what we have for granted! always be thankful for what you have because out there someone sees your blessings as a luxury ! <3
