Story
I am taking part in a tandem skydive to raise money for my friend Anca's cancer treatment which cannot be provided by NHS Wales due to lack of funds.
Anca was diagnosed with a rare form of liver cancer days after the birth of her only child Mary. She now needs SIRT treatment (Selective Internal Radiation Therapy) to treat the inoperable tumours on her liver. Without this treatment, Anca is unlikely to see her daughter Mary celebrate her 8th birthday.
Hopefully this money will go some way to fund the £30,000 treatment that is available at Charing Cross.Hospital, London which Anca so desperately needs.
