I've raised £1000 to help Mr Croft (who is running the London Marathon) fund new artwork and displays across the school.

As a school we now have our main values of Happy, Kind, Creative, Honest and Determined. These values have been designed and created by the children and they are now celebrated and lived every single day.
The next step for the values is to continue to create visual displays around the school that will teach the messages and stories that goes alongside each member of the values family.
To help achieve this, the original designer looked at our school environment and we have discussed how it can be improved. From this, she has designed over 20 large metallic display boards that will be permanently fixed to the walls. These displays will have bright pictures of the values with key messages, inspirational quotes, parts of the values stories that will look great and brighten up our halls, corridors and the playground.
Each one of these display boards costs between £100 and £300.
I hope that running the London Marathon will help to raise some money to contribute towards bringing this project to life.
My training has gone well and I have spent the majority of the Easter Holidays in Boulder, Colorado and will be ready to complete the 26.2 miles on Sunday 22nd April in a time quicker than my personal best (2 hours 31 minutes and 51 seconds).
Thank you to everyone for your continued support and for any donations made.
