About Animal Free Research: Animal Free Research UK is the UK’s leading non-animal medical research charity. They award grants to research existing techniques and develop new ones which are more human-relevant and will replace animal experiments. Only those projects with the highest scientific calibre and the best potential for the replacement of animals are awarded funding. They have awarded grants to over 200 projects that include research into cancer, Alzheimer’s disease, asthma, diabetes, kidney, heart and liver disease, to name a few. Through this research and by supporting other cutting-edge, animal free, research methodologies, there will be significant advances for more human-relevant medical research, benefiting the public health and reducing animal suffering. You can find more information at Animal Free Research
How Your Donations Help: All money raised will be spent on costumes, props, sets and other essentials to help make this project a reality. If you have any old clothing, fabric, costumes or props you think might be suitably panto-tastic and would like to donate, please contact our costume designer, Natasha Pearson, at tashapearson96@gmail.com.
A huge thank you from all of us at Raving Pink Panto, and we'll see you all in November!
