I am trying to fight my ex to see my kids we split 2 years ago as soon as I met someone it went to hell she turned nasty spiteful and vindictive she has lied to get a solicitor for free saying I beat her when it wasnt true and said the same to the courts when I can tell u it was the other way round it got worse when my partner had a kid I've seen my kids 6 times in to years she beats me when we in court cos I dont no wot to say and do I'm so lost and depressed I work but it pays the Bill's I have and her maintenance it's so hard for me to get any where in court as I have no idea wot I'm doing where she has a solicitor that does I miss my 5 kids so much I csnt even talk to them if I see them cos I answered her failed lies so she got a non molestation order on me I have thought for 2 years and got no where she beats me every time if you can help me I would appreciate it but if not thank you reading my story
