Throughout childhood there are many channels of support to help children reach their full potential, but unfortunately once you hit 18, there's a lack of support. At 18 things don't change, in fact many new challenges are presented and this is why the continuity of such support mechanisms needs to be ongoing.

Providing mental/ psychosocial support is just as vital as the specialist Medical treatments.
