I am currently in the process of applying for funding for my theatre company Real Talk Theatre- but in the meantime would like to offer free introductory interactive workshops focusing on emotional wellbeing and self esteem to schools all over the UK in Sep/October this year.

Mental health is such an important part of our lives. It impacts all of us. Yet sadly many schools do not have the budget for students to be able to take some time out to focus purely on their emotional wellbeing.

My theatre company would be offering highly interactive workshops to Primary and Secondary Schools. They would focus on mental health and well-being, cyber bullying and internet safety, homophobia, dependency on phones and stress management.

The money raised would go towards paying workshop facilitators to carry out these workshops with me. It shall also go into advertising and equipment used in the workshops, travel expenses and vehicle hire. Once the free workshops have taken place we shall use the footage for publicity and marketing and hope to secure funding.
