Hi, my names Rebecca and I desperately need your help. Whether that's a £1 donation, a like or a share every act helps me in reaching my goal of fundraising £37,000 to send my Mum to Germany for life saving Cancer Treatment.

We all know someone who has sadly been affected by Cancer, for my Mum Cancer has been a consent worry since firstly been diagnosed in 2003 with Breast Cancer - putting up a fight and winning the battle to then be diagnosed with Bladder Cancer and having her Bladder removed in 2021.

Since 2021 my Mum has been poorly with multiple infections, fatigue, sickness stomach pain, no weight gain. As an active Cancer Patient she has had multiple MRI, CT Scans, GP visits, Consultant visits, investigations in the form of cameras etc to be told there was nothing going on.

Last week we got the dreaded, heart reaching news the NHS had missed that my Mum had a new Cancer - Stomach Cancer. In a letter written to my Mum the Consultant writes:

'I have a frank duty of candour discussion about this today and apologised that in retrospect, the gastric Cancer could have been detected earlier. I have apologised on behalf of the trust and assured her that it has been flagged in the radiology meetings.'

My Mum has now been given 4 MONTHS to live. This NHS failing will cost my Mum her life and I simply cannot let that happen. After multiple consultations over the phone, sending my Mums medical records to the German Doctors we have a treatment plan that could save my Mums life. This treatment - a vaccine made from my Mums blood and immunotherapy is not available in the UK.

My Mum is only 67. I am her only Daughter I'm 30 and I'm simply not ready to lose my Mum and certainly not like this. She's a fighter - she currently weighs only seven stone, struggling to eat, exercise but she's not giving up hope.

She has a Grandson, my Son - Charlie who loves his Nanna dearly for him we also must try.

I cannot tell you how awful this week has been and right now I'm up against the clock. Please even if its £1 I will be forever greatful, now I know there is hope I have to try.
