I've raised £2000 to Becky's Indonesia Medical Mission Trip

Hi guys, hope you've been well.
So many of you will know that I'm coming to the end of my first year as a doctor. It has been a tough year to be honest, but one filled with immense blessings.
Ever since my time at medical school, I had an inkling of a feeling that someday I would be called to long term medical missions work abroad. I'm still not sure where this will be yet but since the start of this year I knew that I was to start going on mission trips this year. A few months ago, by God's grace, I stumbled upon this short trip to Indonesia's North Sumatra. It's with a Christian organisation called Evangelistic Medical Missions Abroad, or EMMA for short. For each trip they send out a small group of healthcare professionals (doctors, nurses, physios and OTs etc.) to remote areas within developing nations to provide short term medical aid through GP clinics. Between clinic sessions there is time for us to share our faith and talk through the gospel with the people we encounter.
The trip itself is a month away (17/8/17) and I need to raise £2000 to help cover the cost of the medications and equipment needed for the trip. It feels like a big task right now!
Every help counts so please feel free to give as much or little as you are called to. Also please pray for me and the team- pray that God's love and healing will be evident to those we encounter. Also keep in touch- I'd love to update you on what we'll be doing.
God bless,
Becky
