Im a 16 year old girl, who has been inspired by camps internatioal to help make a good profound and lasting impact on disadvantaged communities and wildlife without compromising safety and security.

The borneo project will consist of building projects, for example building toilet blocks and school buildings. In additon to building projects we will be doing ecological products such as replanting trees to reverse deforestation, protecting animals habitats and teaching local children english.

I was made to feel truely grateful for the life i have in England when i attended a presentation at my school ( The Axe Valley Community College) by Camps International. The presentation which gave me information about the camps international exbiditon to Borneo which truly inspired me to sign up for this project in order to help make a different to those less fortunate in Borneo.

In order to join the camps in Borneo i need to fundraise £4170 and have currently raised £2160 through holding cake sales, raffeles, quiz nights, car boot sales and have completed a sponsered 60 mile bike ride.

I believe working together hand-in-hand with local communities across Borneo will help to create a better and safer enviroment for the Borneo people and wildlife.

I would be exstreamly grateful for any contributions towards my fundraising target.
