Story

Myself and Sarah are walking the offas dyke trail, a 177 mile long acient path that stretches the length of Wales. Starting in Sedbury and ending in Prestatyn we hope to complete the trail with two weeks - walking a average of 16 miles a day.
More information about the route and trail can be found here:
http://offasdyke.org.uk/

Whist this is something that we both want to do as a personal challenge and is totally self funded it made sense to also try to generate some income for a cause we both feel very passionate about.

Phone credit for refugees and displaced people is a small charitably organisation set up in Calais that provides desperate people who are fleeing conflict with the means to contact their loved ones. Most of the top ups are given to unacompanyed minors, often allowing them to speak to their parents for the first time in several months. This is a organisation that provides hope, love, and independence to those in horrendous situations.

The Organisations Facebook page can be accessed here;
https://www.facebook.com/groups/Credit4Refugees/
And includes many independent messages of gratitude posted by those who have received a top-up.

Thank you for taking the time to read this and for your support
