Hello everybody,

I would like to try and raise as much as possible for little Jake who sadly passed away from a sudden and unexpected Asthma attack. Jake had siffered his whole life with a poor chest and severe asthma. He was so strong and always had a brave face on.

He went to endless amounts of hospital appointments and got admitted many times because of his asthma. Sadly, it pains me to say that this time he lost the battle. He was so strong, he tried his best to fight it off but it wasnt enough.

This is so sudden and we can't even believe that it has happened. It was only the day before he was in the park with his younger sister and friends playing and smiling happily. He was a Son, Brother, Grandson, Nephew, Godson, Friend, cousin.. the list goes on and he didn't know how loved he really was by so many.

Jakes grandfather who sadly passed away had a horse and cart for his funeral, we would absolutly love if we could try and get him one too.. this is what he would have wanted. Jake was 12 years old, he was so young and so ready to take on anything!

So please, I understand it is a difficult time, we are all struggling for funds due to the current situation and the christmas holidays but anything at all will help towards the perfect send off our Jakey deserves. He didnt deserve to be taken so soon.
