I recently auditioned down in London, for The American Academy of Dramatic Arts 2 year Conservatory Course and I was fortunate enough to have been accepted to their Los Angeles Campus. I am absolutely over the moon and I cannot wait to progress in my acting career and train with the best possible teachers. I am the only Scot to have been accepted onto this course, which is an honour. I am looking to raise money to help fund my tuition and housing cost, I understand that this is a difficult time for people and there are terrible things happening in the world but I have been told to start a JustGiving page by many people and I was very reluctant to do so. If you are able to offer me anything at all or even if you know of any sponsor organisations I would be so grateful. I have written endless letters and emails to many charities etc however, I am still waiting for a response. I am also unable to apply for student loans due to having no contacts in the USA to co sign my loan for me. My only option is putting the money I earn from work into a saving account and hopefully be accepted by some sponsors. I am also very very lucky to have parents who love what I do as much as I do, but the cost of my tuition is expensive. I'd be so grateful if you could help in anyway, and if not I completely understand. Thank you so much
