Hi everyone this is my daughter Amelia-rose she suffers with a genetic condition called a 15q 13.2-13.3 micro deletion syndrome that has caused her to suffer quite a few problems with her development and mental/physical state. She is under a lot of people to try help her at the hospitals. She is a non verbal 26 month old child, That since the age of 6 month has1 a lot of tests and blood samples taken which has resulted in finding this genetic condition. She has only just learnt how to stack blocks and at the moment is working on puzzle boards.

she struggles to walk far (round the corner to the shop) which is 5 minutes away due to having low muscle tone in her legs.She also has global development delay and dosent understand the dangers around her.

At the age of one she was referred to Leeds general infirmary to undergo a brain mri under general aesthetic, The results of this were unclear as her brain wasn't developed enough and will have to undergo another one later in the year. She has to undergo further testing due to being possibly autistic and epileptic.

she is under a consultant paediatrician,neurologist,genetics,occupatinal therapy, portage and also speech and langue.

Any donation would be muchly appreciated to get Amelia a safe place to calm her.Amelia loves soothing music and subtle lights (lava lamps).

we are asking for help due to the fact moneys tight with not working due to this and how many hospital appointments each month we attend.

Anelia rose has also been recently been diognosied as having a hearing problem and is waiting to be seen by ent at pinderfeilds and we have been wared it may end up been an operation(grommets) to help her hear more clear witvh should help with her speach delays! Amelia is also struggling with possible astma and is waiting for an appointment to see respiratry!
