Mental health awareness seems to be at an all-time high and there are so many incredible campaigns by amazing charities aimed at reducing the stigma surrounding mental illness telling us that we need to have conversations but we're not being guided on how.

Talking about mental illness and struggling in life is still so very difficult for many of us and whilst verbally talking about our feelings is great, sometimes writing our thoughts and feelings down is easier for us. Less confronting and embarrassing. We're still having the conversations, we just having them in the written word instead of the verbal word.

Reclaiming Your Future has been a website dedicated to mental health talk and advice without the bullsh*t for the last 3 years and now hopes to help foster deeper connections and support for those struggling with their mental health by producing postcards with brutally honest statements to enable conversations to be started.

The idea being that the postcards can be sent in the mail like traditional postcards with a heartfelt message or hand-given to a loved one with a joke or helpful website you've found. We're going for impact over profit.
