The Red Balloon Foundation Trust was established to honour the memory of Maxim Harvie, a little boy with Cerebral Palsy that passed away one month before his 3rd birthday.

During his short life Maxim's parents were able to provide him with therapy and support to ensure his comfort and happiness. Unfortunately this is not always the case. There are thousands of special needs children in South Africa whose parents have no access to any support or therapy .The intention of the Red Balloon Foundation Trust is to provide Neurological Rehabilitation to these underprivileged children .

We believe that every child deserves the chance to be the best that they can be and utilizing the principles of brain plasticity Neuromovement therapy can truly transform a brain damaged child’s experience of life.
