Weʼve raised £190 to enable us to run The Red Box Project in all the schools in Knowsley. The Red Box Project aims to eradicate period poverty for young women.

Story
We are raising funds to help eradicate period poverty in schools in Knowsley. We are working as part of The Red Box Project www.redboxproject.org to put donated sanitary protection into schools to ensure no girl misses school or faces embarrassment because of her period.
We use these funds to set up donation points for period products & to buy red boxes and underwear.
Our goal is to have a Red Box in every school in Knowsley.

6 years agoThank you so much for your donations, this week we will be making up 10 red boxes to go into Knowsley schools and your money has paid for the boxes and knickers to go in them. We have been contacting schools via email and twitter but we don't always get through to the right people. If you know of any schools who would like a box then please ask them to email us at redboxknowsley@gmail.com Thank you for your support, we are really grateful x
