We are the NCS YMCA Team: Redditch 3A. We are raising money for Carer Careline a charity which provides support for carers, through giving information that carers desperately need whether they feel stressed, isolated or overwhelmed in their caring role. Carers Careline aim to help tackle all these issues and more to promote the health, mental and emotional wellbeing of adult carers, especially the elderly.

Sanctuary Care offers a huge help to older people who are suffering from old age or illnesses such as dementia.

We will be completing various activities and doing fundraising events for both charities including:

- Helping at the Sanctuary Care home on Tuesday the 24th July from 9am - 5pm, and also on Friday 27th July from 9am - 2pm.

- Completing a sponsored five hour trampoline at No Limitz. Someone must be bouncing at all times during the five hours.

- Running a car wash for five hours

- Bake sale, and raffle with some amazing prizes!
