We are asking Red Kite Learning Trust parents and the wider community to help us collect and re-purpose good quality laptops and tablets for pupils in Red Kite schools for Remote Education. Please help by delivering devices to your school and donating towards preparation costs.

During the pandemic, we have made great strides to develop our ability to teach children remotely.

Sadly, many of our children across our 13 schools still do not have adequate access to technology at home. This is unfair and we’re working urgently to bridge the gaps.

By partnering with our friends at Pudsey Computers, we can arrange to check devices, wipe all data and install software to allow access to education.

Our schools will then give out devices where they are needed most.

Here’s how you can help….

1) Make a donation here towards costs of prepping the devices

– it costs us £20 for each device.

2) Take in your spare devices to your Red Kite school

– we need at least 2GB RAM and 16GB storage, ideally with a charger. Tablets should be undamaged Android 5.0/IOS 11 or higher

3) Help spread the word of our campaign
