Many people are being made redundant and this is scary to say the least! We are looking at thousands of soon to be unemployed; with less new jobs due to the biggest recession we have seen (and Brexit looming) and bills that still need paying, mental health issues and suicide on the increase! It’s a minefield of emotions and jargon! .

If you or someone you know is being made redundant but don't feel their employer has followed the proper process, are feeling lost or depressed, worried about the future, financial trouble... I am offering a support service to help (There are so many services out there that are fab but swamped, some, like ACAS are impartial so can’t do more than just advise)- so that’s what the group Redundancy Support UK is all about!

My background? CIPD(HR) qualified, 4+ years in HR and recruitment, mentoring around CV, careers and interviews 3+ years and L2 IAG. I am one of the #ExcludedUK and despute the lack of govt support these last few months I have felt driven to help! I have collected lots of information covering; employment law, medaition, settlement support, mental health, money saving, cv and career support and want to keep this free to access for anyone who needs it! I have also got an amazing team of experts ready and waiting to help!

We are already helping 2-3 people a week and expect this number to grow over the coming months.
