Story
My children joined Whitmore Bay several years ago and have gained lifesaving skills along with lots of new friends and a great social circle. They train on the beach during the summer and in the international pool during winter. They also have the opportunity to take part in competitions. The discipline of the sport and skills they have gained are invaluable and I would encourage any child to give it a go!

I started running 4 years ago, I've run several 5k & 10k races and the Cardiff half 3 years ago. After not running for a year I decided to challenge myself with a Marathon. Joining a local running group has most definitely helped with the training so fingers crossed for the day.
