Story

UPDATE:

Salaam, my name is Rubbia, and I am passionately dedicated to making a difference in the lives of Syrian refugees. I am currently raising funds to establish a school in an area that has been severely neglected, where there are no other operating NGOs apart from Ensar Eiyd. This school will provide a safe space for Syrian refugee children to learn, grow, and build a better future despite the overwhelming challenges they face.

This cause is incredibly important to me because education is a fundamental right and a critical tool for breaking the cycle of poverty and displacement. These children have already endured unimaginable hardships, and without access to education, their chances of building a brighter future are severely limited. I believe that every child deserves the opportunity to learn, and I am committed to ensuring that these children are not forgotten or left behind.

The funds raised will be used to create a safe and nurturing learning environment for Syrian refugee children. Specifically, the funds will go towards Renovating School Facilities that have been ruined due to bombing, poverty and last year's earthquake. We will purchase textbooks, stationery, and other essential learning materials to ensure that students have the tools they need to succeed.

Your contribution will directly impact the lives of these vulnerable children, offering them hope, stability, and the opportunity to build a brighter future. Together, we can make a meaningful difference in an area that has been overlooked and neglected for far too long.

PREVIOUS (SEE UPDATED ON @RUBBIATRAVELS)

I recently fundraised for emergency aid for those impacted by the floods and earthquake in turkey. I then visited camps on the Turkish-Syria border to deliever this aid. I was shocked at what I saw. They are recieving NO aid at all.

Their camps have broken tents, no clothing for children, the children do not go to school. Some of the camps are littered with animal faeces. I

cannot emphasise enough how much work needs to be done here.

I am striving to purchase tents for families. They‘re in dire need! Please help support this! I will share images below and i will continue to be transparent with donations! You can see more on my instagrams: @rubbiatravels @beyondborders
