Replenish is a non-clinical mental health organisation founded and directed by Mental Health professional, Caroline McMenamin. Caroline has lived with her own mental illness since a very young age and has embarked on a career in mental health to help those who are in need of support, education and care when it comes to their mental health.

The suicide rate in Northern Ireland is the highest in the U.K, and an organisation like Replenish is able to give FREE mental health support and education with the right funds. Caroline contracts people like nutritionists, pharacmists, occupational therapist, to name but a few, to help her manage and deliver her much needed workshops to ensure that participants receive the utmost help.
