I've raised £400 to buy resources for a school in Kenya which provides free education and feeding programme to children living in deprivation. (New Target)

In May 2018 I will be embarking on an African Adventures volunteer expedition to Kenya with Derby County Community Trust Rams In Kenya 2018.
African Adventures gives people from all around the UK the chance to enjoy volunteering experiences in Ghana, Kenya and Zanzibar with their locally run and led partner projects. They provide humanitarian, financial and developmental support to 21 educational projects, helping to improve the lives of 20,000 young people through the provision of schooling and food.
The school I am going to is Cherish School. This is a private primary school, located in the Rhonda area of Nakuru, Kenya. It was founded in 2009 by Moses Kombo who is the school’s Headteacher. Moses is supported by 10 teaching staff.
The school provides a free education and feeding programme to approximately 135 students, living in deprivation in the local area and whom otherwise may not have attended school due to the associated costs of items such as school uniform, desks and exercise books.
When I travel to Kenya I am hoping to take a few much needed 'classroom' resources with me. Any donations will be used to purchase resources (and if they won't fit in my luggage, Mathsbox Limited will cover the cost of shipping!!)
