When police dogs retire, they are no longer financially supported by the police. All responsibility for their care falls on their handler or new owner and it is often very difficult or impossible to find insurance to cover them.

The NFRSA and Hero Paws are both charities which support retired police dogs with their medical care and can provide vital assistance with vet bills meaning that our four legged heroes can receive the care they deserve in retirement.

Several of our police dogs have been supported by these charities and we want to give back by raising money for them. Thank you for your support.
