Weʼve raised £855 to aid Manchester Children's Hospital & Congleton URC

    Congleton, United Kingdom
Funded on Friday, 31st July 2015

    What is crowdfunding?

Crowdfunding is a new type of fundraising where you can raise funds for your own personal cause, even if you're not a registered nonprofit.

The page owner is responsible for the distribution of funds raised.

    Story

I want to raise funds to help the Enhancement of the Oncology Ward project at the Royal Manchester Children's Hospital so that it can continue to care for children, young people and their families in a state of the art environment.
The rest will go to Congleton United Reformed Church's community fund which supports its work with the local community. It provides a Clothes Bank and develops projects for local older people, including the bereaved, carers and cared for, and local homeless people.

      Update from the Page owner

Thank you all from Nigel, Kennedy and myself. This has helped us raise very close or maybe just over £2000,00 in total which will greatly help the Hospital's research into early diagnosis and treatment of childhood brain tumours. It will also enable the church to develop its plans to help local people who need it. God bless You all Murray
