I’m running the Cardiff Half Marathon on Sunday 5th October in memory of an incredible woman who shaped my life - my primary school and Sunday school teacher, Elizabeth Madge.

Elizabeth was more than a teacher; she was an inspiration. Her kindness, warmth, generosity, and love for others touched everyone who knew her. To honour her memory, I’m raising money for the Elizabeth Madge Education Charitable Trust, which has been set up to support children’s education, a cause so close to her heart.

Every step I take in this half marathon is for Elizabeth, and for the children who will benefit from her lasting legacy.
