I've raised £2000 to help baby loss charity Oscar's Wish Foundation

Hello everyone!
I have decided to shave all of my hair off on Saturday the 27th of June in order to raise money for the excellent charity Oscar's Wish Foundation (OWF). They are a sussex based charity who provide comfort and support to parents and siblings following the loss of a baby or babies before, during or shortly after birth.
As some of you are aware on December the 17th 2018 I gave birth to my daughter Alma Luna 24 weeks into my pregnancy. Although Alma did not live her life is still celebrated and remembered with joy and love by myself and Mark.
Oscar's wish foundation funded a specialist birthing suite at The Royal Sussex in Brighton, where I gave birth, the suite is specifically for mothers whose babies who are unlikely to live for medical reasons. This space, along with the support I received from loved ones and the amazing NHS staff was integral to the positive birth experience I had despite the pain and grief that were also present.
They also funded six sessions of counselling for me which were massively helpful in processing and coming to terms with what happened.
Happily I gave birth to my rainbow baby Idris Aneurin this January and he is beautiful! I have been reflecting on those who have lost babies during this period and wanted to find away to support them. I can't imagine how incredibly difficult it must have been for them during lockdown.
Please follow the link to find out more about Oscar's wish and share my page if you are unable to give at this time but want to support the cause.
Thank you!
