Today I read a terrible story on the Dennistoun FB page from a lady whos elderly mother had been robbed of £600 by two men. I contacted this lady Rhoda and suggested a page be set up to raise the money her mum lost. She was initially reluctant as thought her mum wouldn't want the fuss but is happy for us to do this..

The target is to get her £600 back but anything over this will be given to a charity of her mum's choice. It's payday and if we all put just a couple of pounds in, we can hopefully prove the world is still kind place to this old lady.

Note: Rhoda messaged to say her mum could only withdraw £600 yesterday so this was the money stolen and she asked me to reduce the target from £900 to £600
