As a gym, we’re built on strength, community, and showing up for our own 💛🖤

Two of our members, Davina and Nerys, are currently facing incredibly tough battles — a brain tumour diagnosis and living with FND. They’re showing strength and courage every single day, and they’ll need continued support through what lies ahead.

To put this into perspective:

• 420,000 people are diagnosed with cancer each year in the UK

• 100,000 people are currently living with Functional Neurological Disorder (FND) in the UK

That’s 520,000 lives affected — and that’s why, as a gym, we’re setting ourselves a challenge.

Every metre will be completed in the gym as a show of support for Davina and Nerys — and we can use all the help we can get, whether that’s 100 metres or 10,000. Big or small, it all counts.

To keep everything in one place, all donations from this page will be sent directly to the fundraiser organised by Ysgol Bro Pedr, who are also raising money for the same cause.
