I've raised £2000 to Raise as much money for Morriston Hospital Intensive Care Unit

Three years ago this August 26th, sadly my father Terry Cleverley passed away after a long battle with his kidneys, diabetes, resulting in losing both his legs over the course of 2 years prior to his passing. This, however never brought him down, he still lived life to the full, had a heart of gold, loved his family and as everyone who knew him, loved making people laugh and telling jokes. My dad was in Morriston Hospital ICU for 15 days prior to his passing. All the doctors, nurses did everything they could for my dad which I will always be truly grateful for, so I have been thinking for the last 2 years what could I do to give something back. I’ve always done my football and running so a marathon or something like that wouldnt be pushing me so as of January 3rd this year I commited to FunkyPump presents White Collar Boxing where I will be boxing an opponent over 3 two minute rounds on March 10th at The Patti Pavillion in Swansea.
For anyone who knows me, knows this is something totally out of my comfort zone, I’d hardly thrown a punch in my life let alone boxed.
For the last 7 weeks I have trained on average 4-5 times a week, between sparring, road runs, weights, trampolining and circuit training to be as fit as possible for this.
With 2 weeks left to go, I am looking to raise as much money as I can to donate to Morriston Hospital ICU. The minimum I’d like to raise would be £1,000 however there is no limit. Any donation is much appreciated for the NHS which Im sure we have all needed to lean on in our lives. Thank you for taking the time to read this.
