I am currently going through a divorce my ex and I have been married for 9 years. I caught her cheating last year. It then unraveled I found that during our marriage with me paying the bills she had hoarded 10's of thousands of pounds.paid off her student debt (3 degrees) and credit cards. All the while telling me she had nothing. I became ill last year for can not work I had bought a house with my parents help for us (they sold their house and we rented for them I paid it) I am not entitled to any help due to the fact that we own a house. I recently received a letter from her solicitor says that she will be instructing my mums ( who is 81 and frail) landlord to terminate her tenancy because I have been unwell I simply can't afford a lawyer. All i asking is this so that I can get some legal advice once so I know what my options are. Please help
