The island of Kefalonia was devastated in large part at the end of October by Cyclone Ianos and the Animal Rescue Kefalonia shelter was sadly destroyed. Animals are often forgotten in these disasters but not by me and so I am once again going to walk the length of the island - over 100kms to raise money to help rebuild the shelter - not an easy task considering how mountainous the island is with Mt. Ainos being higher than Ben Nevis!

Please donate generously to give these innocent dogs and cats that have a hard life anyway both a decent place to shelter and food and perhaps a chance of a new life being rehomed into a loving family. We all deserve a 2nd chance.
